  • Motorcycle Parking- $25 Per Month

Online Rental Payment Costs

  • ACH Fee- $2.95 For One Time Payments. This Fee is Waived With Recurring Payments
  • Credit Card Payment Fee- 2.95% + $3.50 OR 3%- Whichever is Less
  • Debit Card-@ $7.95, Moneygram- @ $7.99 Per Transaction (Subject to change by Moneygram)

Potential Additional Charges

  • Utility Non-Assumption Fee- $16.50 Per Violation
  • Returned Check/NSF Fee- $25
  • Late Fee- 5% per occurrence
  • Lock Out- $35 Outside of Office Hours
  • Electronic Apartment Key Replacement- $100
  • Garage Remote Replacement- $100
  • Mailbox Replacement Key- $10
  • Parking Sticker Replacement- $300
  • Early Lease Termination- 60 Days Notice + a Fee Equal to Two Months of Rent; Details Available in the Lease Agreement
  • Bulk Trash Fee- Per Violation. Amount Varies Based on Quantity & Size of Materials Left for Disposal
  • Pet Waste Violation- $75 per occurrence
  • Guest Parking- $11 For Up to 24 Hours
  • Guest Suite- $175 Per Night
  • Club Room- $200 (M-Thurs) -$250 (Fri-Sun)/Hour
  • Makers Room- $100 (M-Thurs)-$150 (Fri-Sun) Per Hour
  • Makers Room & Club Room Both Have a $500 Deposit & Two Hour Minimum Reservation
Required Renters Insurance- Varies Based on Resident’s Choice of Coverage & Provider
