|Recommended: YesBest All -Around Apartment In Navy Yard — My wife have lived here for almost 4 years, and we love it as much as much as when we first moved in. So much so that we resigned to live with a newborn baby.
The property-including units, common spaces and amenities- is high quality. The staff is very helpful and does their best to be helpful and ensure our premises are safe.

|Recommended: YesA Great Move In Process — I had a great experience with the leasing team here at Meridian. The process was very smooth from the moment I signed my lease through the actual move in. The staff was also very flexible on move in day when my movers were running very behind schedule. The apartment itself is of great quality and am already enjoying the space here.

|Recommended: YesMy friend I have been tirelessly shopping for apartments for the past several days at multiple locations in Navy Yard and randomly walked past Meridian today after 5 30 pm. Although we walked in past touring hours, unannounced unscheduled we were met by a warm, welcoming spectacularly positive energy with all the professionalism that went above and beyond that made us feel heard, understood cared for. Genesis just like her name gave us a glorious beginning of our experience at Meridian. From her prompt service, to her detail oriented tour gentleness she made Meridian feel like our next home. I can go on and on about Genesis’s world class service she provided us today and would run out of space on this thread. THANK YOU GENESIS FOR MAKING OUR DAY THIS EXPERIENCE ONE OF ONE.

She was amazing and truly took time to listen to my needs when choosing the layout that best fit me. As well as assisting me with whatever I needed, as I was relocating out of state. I have been here for a month now, and absolutely love living here

|Recommended: NoGreat Staff, Nice Building, Very Bad Parking Situation — The parking garage is tight doesn't have assigned spots, so you never know if you'll fit in between two badly parked spots. Also, it is one way in, one way out, so if there's a moving truck, garbage truck, or a broken down car, you are stuck until they move. Fix the garage or lower the monthly parking fee by 50 and this building is 4-5 stars.

We do our best to keep the entrance to the garage clear, but do understand that at times there will be some challenges. In regard to the garage itself, although we are unable to change the configuration, if you ever see people parked in such a way that they are taking up more than one space, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can address the issue.
