|Recommended: YesStaff is awesome — Living in an apartment that provides the amenities they do they do a great job maintaining a community environment. Management staff here is great and can’t say enough about the people here.
|Recommended: NoGreat but room for improvement — The apartment overall is good. However, the parking situation is awful and the fact that the building offers guest parking spots when there are residents waiting for parking is absurd. I think the gesture is nice and a great selling point IF residents in the building that need parking have it. If I would have known this prior, I may have looked around a bit more. The construction of the apartments are nice, but you can tell it was rushed in certain spots. I have stayed in another building in the area and the amenities were also a little bit better. Overall, it’s not bad for a year, but definitely consider other options once the lease is over.
|Recommended: YesClean, sleek, and centrally located to great restaurants, public transportation, and grocery and convenience stores. — The apartments are very spacious, modern, and eco-friendly. The Meridian is also centrally located and takes minutes to walk to grocery and convenience stores, public transportation, and great restaurants. It is also located near the Nationals ballpark, Audi Field, and not too far from the Wharf. There is always something to do in this area and the Meridian is right in the center of it all. My neighbors are friendly, the leasing team is professional and knowledgeable, and the front desk professionals are always helpful and kind.

|Recommended: YesSolid — First Floor hears the electrical compactor. Hallway door is not very soundproofed. Hoping for a quick resolution to the television on the roof. The rest of the facility is amazing Excited for my time here

|Recommended: YesAmazing — Building is amazingly quiet - can’t hear anything from outside. building amenities are clean and everything in the unit is new. Everyone is friendly and I love living here - my only issue is with the lack of parking for residents in the garage, and there’s no partnerships with other parking in the area.
|Recommended: NoProperty Review — Pro Staff is excellent. Adequate kitchen storage. Con Apartment layout for one bedroom is not to liking. Angled master bedroom door creates issue with utilizing bedroom space. Strange layout of living room electrical, internet, and cable hookups make living space hard to utilize. Straight view from surrounding apartments outside through Master bedroom balcony window into bathroom is very poor design. Carpet in bedroom low quality and laid poorly. Garage is only designed for compact cars. Any mid to full size vehicles is hazardous to operate in such confined space. The garage vehicle entry and exit is the absolute most epic fail of an engineering design. Multiple vehicles have been damaged as indicated in all the paint scraps seen on door frame. See this as a civil liability for the property owners.
|Recommended: YesSO thrilled. — I recently moved into Meridian after searching all of the city for apartments and this place is the BEST of the best. Not only is it reasonably priced and gorgeous, the apartments are up to date and come with so many features that I cannot stop raving about. Perhaps my favorite thing of all has been the staff. They are so kind and friendly I immediately felt at home. I could go on all day but to keep it brief--- if you get the chance to move here, jump at it
|Recommended: YesA Wonderful Property in the heart of Navy Yard — Ever since moving in this place has exceeded my expectations and I have no real complaints to speak of. The management has been super nice and helpful and even maintenance has been quick to resolve issues. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice apartment in Navy Yard.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Thoroughly enjoy the location of this apartment and all of the amenities it offers to its residents. I can sometimes hear my neighbors, but it is not a level that would upset me enough to complain. The front desk and leasing office staff are very welcoming and happy to help in any situation.
The parking garage is a little tight, but finding a spot I feel comfortable parking my car in is always possible, I may just have to walk a bit farther to the stairwell or elevator.
|Recommended: YesI think it is a great place to live. I have only been here for a short period, but everything has been wonderful so far. — I think its a fun place for young professionals. Everything is new and modern.
|Recommended: YesGood Clean Asset — I unfortunately can hear the elevator ding from my unit, I'm a little shocked at the amount of activities group fitness classes, baseball watch parties on the roof, vendors in the lobby that have been scheduled during a pandemic.
I also think residents should just have access to the package room. Set up a camera and allow tenants to go and get their own packages, this will save time for the property concierges and cut down on unnecessary interactions once again, we're in a pandemic .
|Recommended: YesComfortable and welcoming — Looked at multiple properties in the area, but it wasn't until we were welcomed by Hayden on a Sunday morning that we felt at home. Clean building, friendly and extremely helpful staff. When working through the kinks of a new building the staff and maintenance team are quick and thorough to rectify even the simplest issue.
