|Recommended: YesI Think It Is A Great Place To Live. I Have Only Been Here For A Short Period, But Everything Has Been Wonderful So Far. — I think its a fun place for young professionals. Everything is new and modern.
|Recommended: YesGood Clean Asset — I unfortunately can hear the elevator ding from my unit, I'm a little shocked at the amount of activities group fitness classes, baseball watch parties on the roof, vendors in the lobby that have been scheduled during a pandemic.
I also think residents should just have access to the package room. Set up a camera and allow tenants to go and get their own packages, this will save time for the property concierges and cut down on unnecessary interactions once again, we're in a pandemic .
|Recommended: YesComfortable And Welcoming — Looked at multiple properties in the area, but it wasn't until we were welcomed by Hayden on a Sunday morning that we felt at home. Clean building, friendly and extremely helpful staff. When working through the kinks of a new building the staff and maintenance team are quick and thorough to rectify even the simplest issue.

The worst part of the property is the parking garage. Far too often is the alley blocked with the vehicles or moving trucks. The angle at which the parking garage is at is just terrible and because of the angle, you can honestly only enter and exit from the same side. Very poorly designed.
|Recommended: YesGreat New Property Overall — Loving our apartment and the building. The staff has been fantastic thus far - incredibly helpful and friendly. There are definitely some quirks, which definitely comes with the territory given that it's a new building.
|Recommended: YesWonderful — We've been living at Meridian on First for about a month now, and have only good things to say. The staff is lovely and always helpful, any issues we've had have been fixed promptly, and the leasing and move-in process was made effortless. The amenities are very nice and easy to access. On the whole, our experience has been very positive and made easier by a wonderful staff every step of the way.
